Duties:
Infrastructure focus: Performance and project management of nine-person technical team with duties ranging from systems/network administration, desktop support, technical lead, R & D, production, quality assurance and engineering. Design, build, and deploy high-end network and file, web and mail servers. Work with engineering staff to implement company-wide standards and shared applications with regard to email, file servers, work-flow, revision control, etc. Recruit, interview and hire candidates for technical staff. Duties:
Managed daily production of content for Suck.com and netmoguls.com. Coordinated editorial and design staff and managed engineering contributions for special projects, keeping content on schedule and to deadline. Ultimately responsible for the integrity of the daily site, with on-call status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Created information architecture plan for redesign of site, analyzed ad promotions and developed ad delivery model.

Produced HTML for the daily edition of Suck using existing templates and scripts for preparation of content. Worked with software engineer(s) to automate processes. Provided daily QA, and usability analysis when appropriate.

As liaison between advertising, engineering, and database staff at HotWired, maintained existing programming; scheduled advertising production, and preparation and analysis of traffic reports and other materials for executive producer. Produced and analyzed advertising reports, including the tracking of user click-through and segmented impressions.
