Simcoe IPA
The most recent batch of beer is complete. It's a straight IPA, simple grain bill, and using Cascade as primary bittering hop, with additions of Simcoe (super Cascade) some some of the bitter, but most of the aroma.

(60 minute mash at 154. 60 minute boil. Wyeast 1056, California Ale.)
Great aroma -- lot's of grapefruit. Balanced bitterness, and great finish. Bicuity head (Victory Malt is great).
