Hot Sauce - Sophia's
The hot sauce -- a sort of harissa, I assume -- is one of the hottest sauces with flavor I have found at a Mediterranean or Middle Eastern restaurant. Not available for sale, but ask for it as a side with any of the great dishes served. Standouts are the stuffed artichokes, or go for the standby of a pita-based falafel sandwich with fries.
