Green Mango Salad - Mama Lan's
Crunchy shredded green mango (or papaya) with ground meat, spicy chiles, fish sauce and sugar. So yummy. Simple concoction, we've tried to make at home with little luck. There is something about Mama Lan's version of this. Also, Mama Lan's is well known for it's soft shell crab and whole fish selections. tasty preparations in a neighborhood nook.
