Samosa - Milan Spice Market
These crispy samosa are actually made at the restaurant next door, but are almost always available in the spice market. They are crispy, with fresh peas, dense potato and not-at-all greasy tasting. The curried spice some through, and it's hard to stop at just one. Great to bring as an appetizer to parties, or buy a small sack -- they reheat well with a few minutes in your oven.
