Carnitas Tacos - Tacos Pihuamo
The carnitas are the standout here (it should be noted that the carne asada got the four-out-of-five rating by my brother-in-law -- the elusive fifth start is only available when you are in mexico). Depending on which truck you get the carnitas is either slow stewed with a bottle of mexican Coca-Cola or with a light bodied beer. The meats are then crisped up, served in a tortilla topped wit salas and served with a side of jalapeno peppers and radishes. $1.25 each. Amazing.
