Wild Mushroom Quesadilla - Cactus Taqueria
A once a month specialty at Cactus, this quesadilla is a crispy flour tortilla filled with wild mushrooms and served with a neutral flavor melting cheese. The mushrooms are layered into the tortilla with a generous helping of their own juices. The blend of the umami mushroom mouth feel and the crispy tortilla are amazing.
