Hoffman Quail Stuffed with Sausage and a Fig



Jenny's not a game bird fan and even she liked these. It's hard not to like a de-boned bird with sausage and fig stuffing. We oven roasted these, and they came out perfect. the Quail was juicy, tender and infused with the salty wonderfullness that comes from Fatted Calf Sausage.

At the end of the meal Jenny said, "I could eat these after all."

A quick and tasty meal that goes above and beyond a normal weeknight meal.
