World Famous Black Beans
This is my recipe for black beans. It's super easy, and great with any SouthWest or Mexican Meal -- or just serve with thick tortilla chips.
3 15 oz Cans Black Beans (liquid and beans)
2 Cans of Muir Glen Organic Tomoatoes with Chiles (liquid included)
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
1 TBS Mexican Oregano
Mix all ingredients in sauce pan, heqat on high, bring to boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and cook uncovered until beans reduce to thick paste.
