and furthermore....
T. Jay's Six-Year Late Housewarming
In December of 1989, T. Jay Fowler moved into a small (very small) room at 1403 4th Street SE, in Minneapolis. At the time, his life was very busy, living in the fast lane....
After six years of living in this box, it has occurred to T. Jay that he never had a housewarming party. So here it is the six-year late housewarming party of 1996.
The party (if it should be termed a party) will take place in said small apartment, on February 4, 1996, near 7:30 or 8:00 p.m. T. Jay will provide the following:
A few bottles of the extra tasty, extra bargain style Concha Y Tora Merlot, Cabernet, and Merlot/Cabernet Blend.
Some sort of pale ale (itÕs T. JayÕs beverage of choice.)
Some awfully tasty cheese, crackers, salsa, and chips.
The use of his very small apartment and studio.
A fine selection of music to listen to.
If you should wish to attend, here are the rules:
You cannot be claustrophobic.
You must be willing to stand close to others.
You must be in a good mood.
Here's how to get to said apartment/room:
It is located on Fourth Street at 14th Avenue SE, above the businesses. You can enter from the back, accessible from the ally way between SCCU and The Campus Card shop, and walk up stairs, continue to back of building, go through laundry room , and proceed to apartment #17. Or from the front, enter the door that rests between Goldies Lockerroom, and Gold Country Sports wear, proceed up stairs, hang a right, and go to Apartment #17.
Parking:
You may park in the State Capital Credit Union parking lot (providing that you donÕt park any one in). Meters are free after six, so feel free to park at a meter.
