Cooking, daily




I've been a cooking machine. Jenny and I have been receiving a box of organic veggies ever couple of weeks (http://www.planetorganic.com/), and we've been making the effort to use everything we get (except that damn kale. I hate kale.).

Here are some of our menus:

Beef Stroganoff with Wild Mushrooms served on Myer Lemon Egg Noodles

Garlic Chicken Pasta with Blue Lake Beans and Asparagus

Stuffed Peppers with Asparagus, Sweet Sausage and Shredded Zuchini

Baked Chicken Breast with Basil, Tomatoes and Garlic over Myer Lemon Egg Noodles

Stir fried Beef with Mustard Greens, Thai Peppers and Fish Sauce over Rice

Chicken, Gorgonzola and Asparagus served on Linguini

Mussels baked with Spinach Sauce, Bacon and Sharp Cheddar

Cabernet Savignon Ice (similar to a sorbet)

Strawberry, Toasted Pecan, and Avocado Salad

Apples, Cheddar and Endive Salad
